We are searching for a Part Time Clinical Psychologist to work primarily in our Residential Escondido program in Escondido, CA, providing individual and group therapy in a post-acute brain injury rehabilitation program, as well as cognitive/neuropsychological assessments to guide treatment planning. The psychologist also provides assessment and treatment for clients in our residential programs as referred. This position oversees and manages all assigned programs, and is specifically responsible for program operations, development, finances, personnel, governing policies and procedures.  This position oversees and directs the development of clinical programming, which includes supervision of clinical team, and client treatment plans. This position is responsible for defining and executing the clinical direction and vision of the program/s to support all identified service lines.  In addition, this position is accountable for developing, teaching and modeling a series of “best practices” that is state of the art in the brain injury rehabilitation business.   Essential Duties & Functions - Ensures productive resolution of conflict; recognizes different viewpoints; brings conflict into the open, and encourages those involved to find appropriate solutions. - Encourages staff development and ensures public recognition of staff accomplishments when appropriate, (i.e., commendable(s), staff appreciation, staff make a difference, education/certification accomplishments, etc.) - Works to develop leadership skills through participation in Collage leadership retreats. - Treats individuals fairly and respectfully and ensures that opportunities are equally available to all. - Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels inside and outside of the organization. - Keeps staff updated of changes in company policies, procedures or other program/company related issues. - Ensures consistent interpretation of and compliance with all Collage policies and procedures by using the policy and procedures manual, personnel manual, medical and emergency procedures handbook, and other related materials as resources. - Analyze data to evaluate, revise and develop systems and procedures to enhance operations and clinical effectiveness of designated sites. - Oversees hiring and scheduling all staff to ensure adequate coverage to meet program staffing ratios, client treatment needs and accommodate any other scheduled activities. - Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures in human resource administration, legal considerations, facilities/properties/vehicles management, compensation administration and health and safety. - Supervises or provides support to all staff including therapists, nurses and Case Managers, Operations Manager, support staff and LSTs in their areas of roles and responsibilities utilizing best clinical and operations practices. - Constantly evaluate systems and procedures to look for more efficient and effective ways to run programs and develop other services and new program ideas. - Assists in Interviewing, follow up and finalizing hiring of all applicants for full and part time positions. - Oversees orientation and training of staff. - Coordinates the admission process with Director of Admissions. - Performs Pre-Admission Screenings and writes reports promptly - Involvement in program development (who runs groups and trains/supervises staff in curricula used in groups) in designated programs and for the company as a whole. - Coordinate "on call" system of coverage. - Assure implementation of other governing policies and procedures (CARF, DOH, etc.). - Administrative duties to include compliance with state regulations for specific licensing. - Plan agenda and direct staff meetings. - Meet regularly with the Vice President of Clinical Operations to discuss program, personnel, budget, client and company issues. - Submit payroll weekly; maintain accurate records of staff vacation, personal and sick time by Monday morning. - Ensure all personnel files are in compliance with the audit standards - Approve all program expenses, purchases and maintenance. - Develop and monitor annual budget in collaboration with VP of Clinical Operations  Client Care Management - Responsible for preadmission, admission and clinical direction and management of each client's program. - Direct provision of therapy specialty to programs when appropriate. - Coordination with the Operations Manager and Rehabilitation Case Manager - Communicate therapy plan to all team members - Ensures program resources meet the clinical needs for clinical programming. We are searching for Full Time & Part Time Behavior Technicians to work in our residential programs located in Lakewood, CO. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury. In addition to aiding residents with their daily activities, Behavior Technicians administer behavioral training and interventions designed to modify residents’ behavior.  These services, delivered continuously throughout the day, may take place in one of our programs or out in the community, and encompass activities related to all aspects of daily living.   Hourly Rate: $18-$21 per hour, based upon experience.   Schedule: 3rd shifts avaiable   Duties: - Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation. - Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis. - Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities. - Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community. - Administers residents' medication programs. - Interacts with residents' family and visitors in the facility and on home visits. - Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports). - Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).   We welcome dedicated and motivated candidates in the areas of psychology, behavior analysis, social work, sociology, human & social services, nursing, pre-med, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, speech pathology, physical therapy and other related disciplines. We are searching for a Full Time Counselor (LCSW, LPC, Psy.D) to work primarily in our residential program in Lakewood, Colorado, providing individual and group therapy in a post-acute brain injury rehabilitation program, as well as cognitive/neuropsychological assessments to guide treatment planning. The psychologist also provides assessment and treatment for clients in our residential programs as referred. Clients are coping with various psychological issues including adjustment disorder, depression/anxiety, PTSD, family stressors, personality disorders, abuse and substance abuse histories.  The psychologist is a member of the multidisciplinary team and works collaboratively with therapists, physicians, clients, families and funders to support client outcomes and program development; there is an opportunity to provide educational presentations and supervise psychology students.    Essential Duties & Functions - Using psychological counseling, the counselor assists the client in the development of skills and strategies to alleviate distress, resolve crises and adjust to current circumstances and disability. - Demonstrates ability to support clients in difficult situations (e.g. refusal of activities, medications, and strategies). - Works directly with the client and provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote the client’s success in achieving identified treatment goals. - Assess and implement suicidality protocol and provides crisis management assistance to clients and programs as needed. - Train/educate families, funders, employers, significant others as needed to support the treatment and discharge plan. - Completes therapy evaluation and interfaces with treatment team to set up initial treatment plan and establish priority treatment goals. - Develop and implement therapy services which meet the needs/goals of clients, the program, interrelate with other disciplines and supports ReMed’s philosophy. - Responsible for monitoring the client’s treatment plan and progress towards goals; provides problem solving, conflict resolution and revision of goals and treatment plan as necessary. - Assess, develop, and monitor, as needed adaptive equipment and/or compensatory strategies based on the treatment and discharge plans. - Responsible for teaching other team members strategies needed to support the client’s treatment plan. - Assists RCM and team in discharge planning process, assessing and securing needed services, modifying strategies for discharge setting, and educating caregivers. - Leads groups as appropriate, may include BI education, self awareness, problem solving, communication and mobility issues. - Participates in team meetings and/or provides necessary information and interfaces with treatment team to establish rehabilitation goals and coordinates treatment necessary to support client’s treatment plan. - Assist team in remaining focused on goals and discharge plan. - In collaboration with the RCM/Clinical Specialist/Director, identifies and consults with physicians and other health care providers outside of the primary treatment team as needed. - Writes monthly treatment plan reports according to guidelines and time frames in the Goal Writing manual and documents therapy sessions on session notes as they occur. - Records the accurate date and length of each client contact or service in the program file or monthly billing sheet according to program guidelines. - Prioritizes tasks to balance direct client treatment, staff communication, program responsibilities and written documentation. - Takes responsibility for seeking out current information regarding clients program and ReMed information (e.g., staff comm., rounds summaries, meeting minutes, client strategies, postings, memos, etc.). - Ensures consistent implementation of strategies through teaching team members, eliciting feedback from team members, and reviewing log notes. - Participates in problem solving with the team and supports the clinical team decision making process. - Complies with professional standards and state regulations regarding treatment. - Keeps current with professional certification/licensing requirements and participates in continuing education. - Keeps abreast of new developments, trends and treatment modalities in area of specialization.    Benefits include, but are not limited to: - Intensive, on-going training - Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) - PPE Training and Supplies Provided - COVID Testing Available
