Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a PRN Housekeeper to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for clients, staff and visitors for our facilities in Roswell and Lilburn, GA. Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries.We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for clients, staff and visitors.

 

Essential Duties & Functions

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, floors, counters, showers.
  • Vacuum and/or sweep floors and carpets.
  • Empty trash cans and receptacles.
  • Replenish supplies in client rooms, common areas and high traffic areas.
  • Clean and dust woodwork, doorways, etc.
  • Identify and rotate all housekeeping supplies such as paper towels, soap, trash bags, MSDS/Chemicals and their uses.
  • Receive, document and store inventory as needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant OSHA regulations and compliance.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess knowledge of basic housekeeping tools, materials, and MSDS sheets, including familiarity with standard safety practices and the identification of hazardous conditions, to provide a safe work environment.
  • Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation, as well as time management skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals, clients, and co-workers is necessary.
