Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a full-time Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This experienced administrator will oversee operations for our facilities in Roswell, GA. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday with no required weekends

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Georgia programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff. The Registered nurse directs the practice of the LPN on the unit.

Qualifications

State Licensure as a registered nurse, preferably with a degree in nursing (BSN) is required. Experience in the rehabilitation of chronically or catastrophically ill or injured is recommended. Demonstrated accountability and skills in analysis, problem solving, decision making, related to medical nursing skills and time management required. The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with families, clients, staff and physicians is a must.
